The Koran says that Allah appreciates those who follow the ritual of ablution and orders to people to wash their hands and face, their feet, and if they have made a lot of sins, they have to wash the whole body. And only then Allah is going to listen to prays of people and to gift them. And when the Judgement Day comes, all people will come with clean foreheads.

There are a lot of saint texts dedicated to the process of ablution, paying attention to parts of the body that should be washed first. The water of ablution must be clean and mustn't contain any additional substances. Usually Muslims use the water of rains, wells, rivers and other sources.

According to this religion every drop of water makes people clean and forgives all their sins. Besides, the drop of water may make devil run far away from it.

There are two kinds of ablution: the one is made before pray and the second is the ablution of the whole body that is held after sex, giving birth to children, before important religious holidays, and after death.
